Position Summary: The Human Resources & Recruitment will include leading talent acquisition, trade school/community college/high school outreach and Intern recruitment and development. Additional tasks will include developing enterprise processes to support Employee development (Performance Evaluation), succession planning, along with compensation methods, structure, benefits, and labor law compliance. This role will collaborate closely with the CEO as well as internal and external groups, while establishing both strategic and results-based planning and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Owns talent acquisition & recruitment function, including all levels of school outreach, resource assistance, and contract placement
Implements and conducts development programs and processes related to performance management, succession planning, and strategic headcount planning
Develops and implements standardized tiered job descriptions, compensation (salary ranges), and benefits programs
Ensures compliance with all employment related laws such as FMLA, FLSA, OFCCP, and USSERA to name a few
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to document follow-up/action item logs clearly
Knowledge and experience with a Manufacturing labor force
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of ADP a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting complex recruitment and HR challenges
Must possess a valid driver’s license to support on-site recruitment and trade-school coordination
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Ten (10) years or more in Human Resources leadership, or related experience, with a strong track record of successful organizational turnaround/ground-up implementation
Experience leading recruitment and organizational projects successfully in a cross-functional environment.
