Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement and Retrospective.
Identify and help the team overcome challenges and escalate issues that hinder the team's progress to deliver high-quality products on time.
Protect the team and their work from outside interruptions and distractions.
Maintain and update team performance metrics to ensure accurate and transparent feedback.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Continuously enhance the team's Agile practices through retrospectives and process optimization.
Understand, visualize, and manage upstream/downstream team dependencies.
Cultivate a collaborative and transparent work environment within the team.
Participate in an Agile community of practice and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the delivery process.
Stay informed about the latest Agile trends and best practices.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in related discipline strongly preferred, but consideration may be given to an exceptional candidate with two years relevant work experience
Enthusiastic about learning new skills, and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching.
Ability to encourage Agile behaviors, reinforce practices, and supporting overall delivery performance and efficiency.
Ability to identify team improvement opportunities and to coach a team to better outcomes using process improvement.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with team members at all levels.
Ability to resolve problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills within a team.
Ability to work independently or with minimal direction.
Possession of excellent collaboration skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred experience working in a technology delivery environment.
Preferred familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira.
