Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Writer (Mid)
As a Technical Writer, you'll play a crucial role in creating engaging content that is easy to understand. Your primary responsibilities include:
Creating Documentation: You'll write a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and manuals which may include user guides, integration guides, API developer guides, in-platform instructions, installation/configuration instructions, and system operations.
Maintaining and Updating: You'll be responsible for maintaining and updating existing documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance over time.
Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, marketing associates, and developer advocates to gather information and create high-quality content.
Research and Accuracy: To deliver accurate information, you'll thoroughly research every aspect of the topic you're documenting.
Organization and Planning: You'll organize your tasks efficiently, plan document structures, and coordinate the display of graphics when necessary.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and clarity of your content is essential. You'll review and edit your work meticulously.
Customer Support: You may provide support to customers by addressing their queries related to documentation.
Creativity and Independence: While following standard practices, you'll have the latitude to infuse creativity into your writing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related area (preferred)
4-6 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
