We are seeking a highly skilled Solution and System Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the solution end-to-end, from planning to production. You will recommend technological components for each project, assist in preparing business requirements, and ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the solution end-to-end, from planning to production.
Assist the product manager in preparing business requirements.
Focus on non-functional requirements such as performance, security, resiliency, scalability, and operability.
Design innovative, valid, and implementable solutions.
Lead the discovery team with the product manager and be an integral part of the Scrum team.
Support the Dev team with detailed design, implementation options, tools, libraries, patterns, and best practices.
Optimize processes and serve as the focal point.
Act as a trusted customer advocate, helping organizations adopt advanced solutions and migrate existing workloads.
Drive discussions with a wide range of customer personnel from enterprise architects to developers regarding trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experienced software solutions architect, preferably with large-scale systems.
Proficient in Node.js and backend coding.
Ability to translate product requirements into specifications and design.
Master modern architecture best practices and design patterns.
Proficient in cloud-native architecture (microservices, functions, containers, Kubernetes, etc.).
Knowledge of UML, especially ERD, sequence diagrams, state charts, and use cases.
Experienced with database design (SQL, NoSQL, and big data).
Experienced with cloud solutions design, preferably Azure.
Familiar with CI/CD, agile, and SDLC methodology and toolchain.
Knowledgeable in infrastructure and security domains.
Possess a breadth of technical knowledge and the ability to learn complex new technologies quickly.
Strong presentation skills to advocate for AT&T within the customer's environment.

Our Lead Solution Architecture earns between $143,800 - $215,800 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
