This is a hybrid position primarily based in Columbia, MD or Jacksonville, FL. A role you will love

As our Account Associate II, you will process and transmit money movements associated with loan fundings or security payments. You will review transaction activity for propriety and adherence to established controls and procedures.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:


  • Must have six (6) months experience working as an Account Associate I or II.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, banking, stock/bonds production, financial operations and/or in lieu of military experience
  • Previous experience working in Trust, legal, corporate finance or other applicable financial service industries
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend complex legal documents
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills that can be shared with all levels of professionals, executives, and co-workers
  • Serving as a mentor for junior relationship specialists

  • Ensuring account management is compliant according to policies, procedures and regulations
  • Generating complex spreadsheets and research account data on records' systems
  • Providing guidance to junior Account Associates and leading team initiatives

Compensation
. The base pay range for this role is $41,552 - $62,328. This base pay range is specific to Jacksonville and Columbia and may not be applicable to other locations.
