Proposal Coordinator

As a Proposal Coordinator at Urban Engineers, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and profitability by working in partnership with technical professionals to support securing new business opportunities through proposal development. Your ability to develop compelling, high-quality proposals will directly impact our success in winning work. Working closely with business development, marketing, and technical teams, you will ensure that proposals not only meet client requirements but also effectively showcase our expertise and solutions. This pivotal position demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Market Research
  
  
  • Gather research data related to clients; competitors; past, current, and prospective markets; and relevant corporate experience.
• Proposal Development
  
  
  • Assist in developing pursuit plans ahead of RFP release.
  • Maintain scheduling and tracking systems for individual pursuit and proposal elements and status.
  • Gather content from team and consultants as needed.
  • Help to produce proposals, including editing and graphics.
  • Identify and monitor proposal criteria, ensure response is fully compliant.
  • Handle production and arrange for on-time delivery of proposals.
• Marketing / Business Development Support
  
  
  • Prepare or assemble written and visual information for client presentations.
• Marketing and Sales Information System
  
  
  • Support the maintenance of opportunity / sale funnel.

Requirements :

• BA or BS degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience with proposal production or proven success in a deadline driven environment
• Experience with PennDOT and ECMS preferred
• Strong organizational, editing, proofreading and/or Q/A skills
• High Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Proficient with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite
• Graphic Design experience
• Ability to build interpersonal skills with a variety of professionals
