Office Manager/Tax Professional

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/Tax Professional to lead, manage and deliver quality tax services.

Responsibilities for the Office Manager/Tax Professional:

• Manage daily office procedures, create weekly schedules, and train seasonal employees
• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
• Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent client services
• Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns
• Prepare, process and maintain documents according to IRS regulations and ethical guidelines
• Maintain the highest standard of sensitivity when handling client information

Skills for the Office Manager/Tax Professional:

• Strong office management and/or leadership experience, preferred
• 2yrs work experience in tax preparation, required
• Knowledge of tax laws and tax compliance
• Exceptional client service with the ability to maintain and develop client relationships
• PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
