Work Schedule :

90% FTE, day shift. 8-hour shifts. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. No weekends or holidays. You will work at Yahara Clinic located in Monona, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:


  • Provide high quality, evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient- and family- centered environment.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles, prevention, and wellness measures, as well as, provide chronic condition management and education.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills in a variety of ways, such as triaging phone calls, following up on MyChart messages, and providing direct patient care.
  • Be an active member of the interprofessional team working collaboratively with Integrative Family Medicine providers who utilize alternative therapies alongside of traditional medicine.

Qualifications


  • Graduate of school of nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience


  • 6 months of RN experience Required
  • Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
