Summary of Responsibility: Issue invoices, post payments to accounts, assist with collections on past-due accounts and reconcile billing discrepancies.
What You Will Contribute:
Receive vendor invoices in system and submit to AP for payment.
Confirm order matches customer PO and process customer invoices in system.
Distribute invoices to customers - Via email and mail.
Lead billing portals.
Collaborate with coordinators to ensure a detailed billing process.
Respond to inquiries/requests from customers regarding invoices.
Assist with special projects related to the billing team (ERP, process development, etc).
Perform miscellaneous organizational and administrative tasks as required.
Comply to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Qualifications & Proficiencies:
Strong customer service and client relationship building skills.
Confident in Microsoft Suite programs.
Strong organizational skills are a must.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to meet processing deadlines.
Ability to work both independently as well as part of a successful team.
Available for 40 hours, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
