The Operations Manager, at a minimum, will (but not all-inclusive):
Serves as the leader, accountable for the development, execution, and maintenance of our Mission and Technology Employee Experience from Recruit to Deployment.
Work with Support Leverage Organizations to build a full lifecycle recruiting/onboarding process.
Ready Aleut Federal’s Mission and Technology Group to scale our operational processes related to OCONUS Deployments.
Serve as the key focal point for process development, operational vetting, automation business owner, and focus cost-effectiveness.
Serve as compliance lead for staffing, travel, and expense operations.
Develop and produce a data-driven approach to quality, compliance, and execution for our operations in the US and overseas.
Fosters and promotes customer service, quality, and innovative thinking across the client environment.
Able to execute within the small business regulations, specifically those related to the SBA 8(a) program.
Have an entrepreneurial desire to build a business.
Wants to be constantly learning and evolving + is willing to roll up their sleeves when necessary to deliver!
Uses sound financial management skills to manage the day-to-day operations of the AF projects effectively.
Collaborate with all other functions (Business Development, Internal Audit and compliance, Finance, Contracts, HR, IT, Safety, and Security) to properly support projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree.
Must have military overseas deployment experience.
Must have a strong ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
Must have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work alone and remotely while providing value to government customers.
Must be able to concisely present complex material to government customers with recommended courses of action.
Must be proficient in MS Office & MS Teams.
Must have a wide range of skill sets to accomplish missions in remote locations.
Must be able to identify risks to the mission and ensure government customers are informed.

Salary Range- $120K-$135K
