Summary:
As the E-commerce Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the product strategy, roadmap, and execution within a key product domain. You will lead a team of 8-10 professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality products that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Leadership: Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product domain, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 8-10 product owners, analysts, and other key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Agile Product Ownership: Serve as the certified Product Owner within an Agile framework, prioritizing product backlogs, defining user stories, and ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements
Scope Management: Manage the scope of product initiatives, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business goals to deliver valuable solutions
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product development and launch
Customer Focus: Conduct market research, user feedback sessions, and competitive analysis to ensure the product meets customer needs and exceeds expectations
Metrics & Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product delivery remains on track
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
Certified Product Owner (CPO) under Agile methodologies or Certified Digital Product Manager (CDPM) is required
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital products
Proven track record of leading and managing a team of 8-10 professionals, with excellent leadership and communication skills
Deep knowledge of Jira/Confluence for managing Agile projects, product backlogs, sprints, and documentation
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Coveo platform for enterprise-level e-commerce management
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and A/B Testing analysis, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure product success
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Adobe Experience Manager or other headless CMS solutions for managing product content and marketing pages
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices to enhance product visibility and performance
Experience in integrating third-party services into e-commerce platforms
Proficiency in tools such as:
Tableau/Power BI: For data visualization and reporting
Figma: For collaborating on user experience designs
Optimizely/Adobe Target: For running A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize user experiences and conversion rates
Key Skills:
Leadership & Team Management: Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams
Communication: Strong skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to stakeholders
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues and optimize product performance
Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs to drive product decisions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
