To support our extraordinary team who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Training Coordinator located in Henrico, VA.
Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager the Training Coordinator role will be In charge of Program management of Learning programs, Co-ordination and Training delivery to the assigned client group(s) within operations, and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure associates have the necessary skills to meet the requirements of their position.
