What to Expect:

Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the floors in the common areas of the building:

Monitors common areas of building to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.

Cleaning and supplying designated building areas. Coordinate daily cleaning services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas. https://admin.applicantpro.com/

Removes trash and disposes of in designated areas.

Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments.
Maintains all janitorial equipment.
Reports the need for any major repairs to management.

Successful Candidates:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior custodian experience preferred.

Rate Range: $16-$18/hour
