Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Compliance ETL BA in Financial services domain. As a Senior Consultant, you will apply your technical proficiency to help develop enhance and maintain technology platforms for mitigating financial risks in Enterprise Fraud through the utilization of cutting-edge technology and data analytics. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform ETL Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design, support development of Data marts and lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC / Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.


• Experience in software design, development and support working in SQL.


• Good understanding of compliance data lakes/marts including relevant experience in Enterprise Fraud.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Atleast 6 years of experience in compliance data lakes/marts including relevant experience in Enterprise Fraud.


• Atleast 5 years of experience in using PL/SQL for querying, creating stored procs, triggers.


• Good knowledge of either Talend or Informatica.


• Strong SQL skills in Oracle DB.


• Good knowledge and understanding of Data Analysis.


• Good documentation skills including creating and updating Data mapping templates.


• Good to have data modelling and data mapping skills.


• Good to have Unix Shell scripting skills.


• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.


• Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.


• Perform complex programming functions, assistance, and technical advice including design architecture, configuration, writing, testing, and documentation to complex programming of client systems as assigned.


• Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills.


• Strong understanding of common software development practices.


• Good Analytical skills.


• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.


• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.


• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
