Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Quality Engineering and Testing to lead our quality engineering and testing practice . The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive Quality Engineering strategies, foster a culture of quality, ensure the delivery of high-quality software products, grow testing practices and capabilities, and support business growth and sales.


Key Responsibilities:


*Quality Leadership*

- Lead and manage quality engineering and testing practice

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality engineering strategies and plans

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality practices alignment

- Foster a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement

- Develop and manage quality engineering budgets and resources

*Testing Practices and Capabilities*

- Grow testing practices and capabilities, including:

- Expanding test automation coverage

- Developing containerization and orchestration capabilities (Kubernetes)

- Implementing performance testing and security testing

- Building AI/ML-enabled testing capabilities

- Developing cloud-based testing infrastructure

- Build new capabilities, including:

- DevOps integration

- Shift-left testing practices

- Continuous testing and delivery

- Test data management and analytics

*Business Growth and Sales Support*

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address quality-related sales obstacles

- Develop and provide quality-related sales collateral (e.g., case studies, whitepapers)

- Participate in sales calls to address quality and testing opportunities

- Provide input on product roadmaps to ensure quality considerations

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand quality needs

- Identify opportunities for quality-driven revenue growth

*Strategy and Innovation*

- Develop and execute a roadmap for quality engineering and testing

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

- Drive the adoption of AI-driven testing and automation

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards


Requirements:

- 12-15+ years of experience in software quality engineering and testing and Practice development

- Proven leadership experience in managing quality engineering teams

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

- Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Appium, etc.)

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.)

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range- 230k-270k

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
