CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. This is a HYBRID role. Successful candidates will apply their knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers. 

Established in 2001, CommIT is a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (CVOSB) providing innovative technical engineering and data science services. Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense’s (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs’ (VA) telehealth communications. We offer acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including leading-edge DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development.

Responsibilities

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-

• Provide programmatic support for multiple projects.
• Draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization, or control.
• Develop and draft program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition quality control, maintenance, or training documentation. Provide management, budgeting support, and financial analysis services as required.
• Conduct work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses.
• Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative courses of action.
• Liaison between clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document customer requirements
• Rely upon and use automated management information systems in performing fact-finding, analytical, and advisory functions.
• May participate in team of individuals with differing skills and talents to accomplish tasking.
• Will communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 8 years’ experience in performing responsibilities similar to those listed above
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
• Ability to interpret complex internal customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication
• Must be eligible for DoD Security Clearance
