Job Description:
Responsible for administrative support to our Appellate Department of Hearing Representatives.
Located in our Hilliard, OH office
What you'll do
- Coordinating documentation to be used in administrative hearings by identifying documents as required by each state (e.g. numbering as required)
- Submitting above documentation to all parties via e-mail, fax, UPS, FedEx, or USPS
- Contacting states by phone, e-mail, or websites to provide necessary information requested
- You will scan and copy documents to be used as evidence in administrative hearings
- You will record all tasks into our internal system for tracking purposes
- May also work on special projects as needed and additional clerical duties as assigned
What Experience You'll Need
- High school degree or equivalent
