Deliver engaging and comprehensive safety training (fall protection, confined space, manlift etc.) at times this may need to be completed in the segments.

Conduct swab drub screen for DFJV employees.

Attend weekly safety meetings with the DFJV safety team.
Stay updated on local, state and federal safety regulations including Cal Osha standards and industry best practices, update training as needed.
Conduct safety assessments and audits to identify training needs and areas of improvement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments and observations, making adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
Act as a safety advocate within the organization promoting a culture of safety and encouraging proactive safety measures among workers.
Attend online training to obtain certifications and further safety knowledge.
