We are seeking a highly skilled, Florida-barred attorney with business litigation and trial experience to assist on a temporary, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex business litigation matters, including trial preparation and participation.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and memoranda of law.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice.
Collaborate with legal teams to prepare for trials and hearings.
Maintain excellent client communication and document management throughout the course of litigation.
Qualifications:
Active member of the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, including trial experience.
Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
