Job Description:

Position Summary

As a Property Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction for property maintenance ensuring company buildings and grounds are in excellent operational condition at all times, and lead projects, including property modifications, and construction.

Qualifications

You are required to have: 

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills demonstrated through two or more years of experience in the building trades field


• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems


• Knowledge of building systems and equipment


• Strong knowledge of building trades


• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes


• Familiar with project management


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints


• Ability to mange budgets and procurement process


• Excellent communication skills both written and oral


• A positive customer attitude 


• Valid Class D driver’s license; must meet a driver rating above “unacceptable”

 Additional preferred qualifications:

• Vocational school, HVAC Engineer, or equivalent experience


• 2 or more years as a Property Maintenance Supervisor


• Any of the following certifications: HVAC, EPA, PLT or CMRP

Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; flexibility with this schedule is required, as needed, to best serve our customers.

This position is located in Perham, MN.
