We have a passion for providing the best possible care for our residents and creating new groups certified nursing assistants for our facilities and helping people take the first step in their healthcare career journey.

With new classes starting every few months you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the start of our students passion in healthcare and provide guidance for their state testing.
Essential Job Functions

Lead the charge in hosting dynamic CNA courses at our facilities, ensuring they're as exciting as they are informative while championing our facility's mission, vision, and educational objectives, injecting enthusiasm into every class.
Craft an immersive learning atmosphere, making the most out of the resources available to spark curiosity and engagement.
Get prepped and ready for classes and clinical sessions, with the ability to provide evidence to supervisors upon request.
Mix it up with a range of teaching methods and cool instructional tools, customizing the experience to match each student's capabilities.
Inspire students to aim high, guiding them towards smashing those state guidelines like pros.
Put safety first, keeping a watchful eye over students, equipment, and everything in between. Keeping a finger on the pulse of student progress, delivering written progress reports like clockwork.
Stay connected with students, offering support and encouragement every step of the way.
Keep things organized, maintaining meticulous records of attendance and performance in compliance with all regulations.
Play a key role in upholding the rules and regulations, ensuring everyone's on the same page and following protocol.
Keep the admin side smooth sailing, managing student enrollment and test registrations with ease.
Always ready to pitch in wherever needed, because teamwork makes the dream work!

Knowledge of:

Mastering the Nurse Practice Act and the thrilling Standards for Nursing Assistant Training Programs.
Navigating safety rules, plus diving into infection prevention and control procedures
Becoming a pro at facility emergency and disaster response, ready to spring into action.
Champion Resident Rights and being a superhero in identifying and thwarting abuse and neglect.

Skill in:

Handling equipment and tools like a seasoned pro, making resident care activities feel like a walk in the park. Keeping safety standards in check like a guardian angel.
Thriving independently, tackling daily tasks with ease sticking to a schedule.
Following instructions with the precision of a seasoned pro, both verbally and in writing.
Navigating a computer like a tech wizard, juggling various software applications with ease.

Ability to:

Master diagnostic equipment like a scientist in a lab.
Build rock-solid relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families, becoming the heart of the community. Communicating clearly, writing and reading.
Process instructions with speed and accuracy.

Work Contacts
Regular contacts with associate personnel, residents, resident family members and visitors.

Working Conditions and Environment

Requires physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, and bending, stooping, pulling, stretching, turning, grasping and reaching.
Requires ability to read and write effectively both in the classroom and with the residents.


Required Minimum Education and Experience

Registered Nurse, Arizona license.
Minimum of two years work experience as a Registered Nurse.
Eligible for instructor certification through the Arizona State Board of Nursing.


Special Job Requirements

Obtain/maintain Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Card at employee's expense.
Obtain/maintain CPR Certification.
Complete annual Tuberculosis Testing.
Complete required 12 hours of annual in-service training.
