Overall Purpose: Responsible for the implementation of total quality, methods and procedures, and process programs for a business unit.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Leads the design, facilitation, and training related to total quality plans. May work with Six Sigma certified professionals in accomplishing key projects.
  • Leads the planning, developing, and implementing of techniques which will ensure quality levels are maintained.
  • Collects data to identify root cause of problems and recommends and implements solution. Identifies and evaluates performance against process requirements and aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
  • Confer with staff on the use of re- engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
  • Delivers presentations and training courses to a diverse population of people on related topics.
  • Surveys, analyzes and develops best practices for techniques and processes.
  • May review product designs, establishes procedures and techniques for control of quality standards, directs inspection services, coordinates manufacturing and engineering, and confers with customers to define and resolve product quality problems.
  • Assesses projects to analyze risks and costs and makes related recommendations to avoid jeopardizes.
  • Identifies the method and process deficiencies that may inhibit effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the development of policies and procedures for a department to support active business initiative.
  • Provides direction for defining process flows, business rules, and user requirements.
  • Works with outside vendors to identify/schedule programs and support materials.
  • Leads the development and implementation of operational performance metrics, process control points, and results management.
  • May employ tools such as Six Sigma methodology to accomplish business objectives.
  • Facilitates complex and or organizational process improvement activities.
  • Facilitates the identification, analysis, development, and documentation of process improvements.
  • Writes, rewrites and or edits documents such as procedure manuals, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and related publications to communicate clearly and effectively specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences.
  • Seen as Subject Matter Expert (SME).


Education: Bachelor Degree or related experience preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years related experience preferred.

Supervisory: No.

STAND OUTS ABILITIES/SKILLS:
  • manager or project manage experience
  • strong writing/comms skills / marketing / advertising skills
  • Coding experience (HMTL)
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
  • Design experience (Adobe Creative Cloud; Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing, etc.)


Must be located in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA or open to relocate at your own expense.

Earn between $94,300 - $158,400 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
