As a pivotal player on the ISS Media Team, the Global Digital Operations Manager will lead the charge in elevating the strategy and operations of our media brand websites. This role is all about crafting strategic digital solutions in collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders to propel company growth and innovation.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Website Strategy & Operations: Maintain and evolve the day-to-day strategy and operation of the websites for our global media brands.

  • SEO & Content Optimization: Monitor SEO traffic and health, optimize priority content, and manage (small budget) paid marketing efforts to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team on editorial and custom content initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance digital performance including, but not limited to best practices for website changes with editorial, design/dev, and audience development teams.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Create and maintain comprehensive site reports and data analyses to inform strategic decisions and track performance.

  • Project and Vendor Management: Manage timelines and deliverables. Manage vendor relationships and maintain digital team workflow documentation.

Qualifications

  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively.

  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Self-starter with attention to detail who excels in collaborative environments and can see the "big picture."

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify key issues and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations to facilitate growth.

  • SEO Expertise: Strong skills in keyword research, gap analysis, and content ideation.

  • Technical Proficiency: Fluency in current SEO standards, KPIs, and tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Trends, and SEMRush.

  • Writing Skills: Ability to write and convey insights in a style consistent with our brands.

  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain search insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.

  • Campaign Management Experience: Proven track record in managing digital campaigns, with a focus on achieving measurable results is a bonus.

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of SEO experience preferably in financial services or related B2B publishing. Understanding of IAB marketplace, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and IVT blocking services. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and media performance is beneficial.

This role is being recruited in New York City.

  • The NYC Midtown location is centrally located near Grand Central Station and Port Authority.

Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.

The role is bonus or sales incentive eligible.
