About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Summer Intern will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team. The TA intern will gain exposure to and work across a variety of projects associated with all aspects of TA. You will engage in a rotational program working with a variety of team members and supporting a variety of projects across Workday Operations, Hiring Process Projects, Talent Acquisitions, Internship programming, and early careers projects.

This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.

You Will:
  • Complete specific project-based work across each of our Talent Acquisition areas of practice including but not limited to:
  • Assisting with our Workday optimization project including data and insights and reporting
  • Working across aspects of our Talent Acquisition Team (training, meetings, decks, playbooks, newsletters, policies)
  • Gaining technical understanding and assisting with projects associated with our team online sites and systems
  • Participating in Early Careers activities and create governance documents and structures


You Have:
  • Completed at least 2 years towards your Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • An intrinsic curiosity to learn and a desire to innovate
  • Interest in process improvement and organizational efficiency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, including Google Suite and Forms
