Position
As Senior Human Resources Business Partner for NetApp's Customer Success Organization (CSO) you will partner with the CSO leadership team to shape, define and execute HR Strategies in support of business objectives. The CSO org is responsible for various functions including Professional & Managed Services, Customer Support Delivery, Cloud Consumption CSM, hybrid CSM, Support Account Management, and Renewals. The organization focuses on innovation and aligning corporate, BU, product, and functional strategies to create a cohesive approach that drives customer success.
This role will report to the HRBP Director for CSO and will play a key role in driving high-impact work to deliver on HR initiatives, optimize talent strategies, foster a high-performance work environment and help enable business objectives. The ideal candidate isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves given the roles responsibilities include both strategy and execution, owning work end-to-end. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate how they are business-minded, analytical, and ready to play a strategic HR role supporting and coaching the most senior leaders of our CSO organization.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $153,000-$187,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
