Role Overview:



As a Scrum Master, you will lead project planning efforts, including defining the backlog, sprint content, and key design decisions. You will oversee project budgets and collaborate closely with the Product Owner. Your responsibilities will include conducting required ceremonies, facilitating backlog grooming activities, and developing and distributing project or product-related communications.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile events.


• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth workflow.


• Utilize Jira for tracking progress.


• Provide ongoing support to the team as needed.


• Work closely with Product Owners and Solutions Architects.


• Use the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Align) and ServiceNow for change requests.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a preference for around 10 years of overall experience.


• Proven experience in agile development and implementation.


• Strong coaching and training skills in agile methodologies.


• Versatile experience as a Scrum Master across multiple companies and projects (data, application, infrastructure, etc.).


• Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, Jira Align).


• Scrum Master certification (any recognized certification is acceptable).
