Hours: M-F, 8:00am-4:00pm CST



Overview



As the Product Lead for our client, you will collaborate with stakeholders to capture their business needs for migrations and new integrations involving print vendors. After obtaining approval for quotes, you will act as the primary liaison between the engineering staff and stakeholders throughout the project, ensuring the product is developed according to specifications.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, vendors, and other cross-enterprise team members
  
  
  • Initiate projects in AHA
  
  
  • Create business requirements documentation
  
  
  • Secure quotes
  
  
  • Keep projects organized
  
  
  • Monitor project progress
  
  
  • Provide status updates
  
  
  • Conduct QA/Testing
  
  
  • Close out projects
  
  
  
  


• Product/User Support
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams


• Experience with business process and documentation


• Comfortable with ambiguity and learning as you go
