Marsh is seeking candidates for our Training Lead (Insurance Analytics Platform) position. This is a hybrid role that will require three days in office. Candidates based in Chicago is preferred but additional locations will be considered.

We will rely on you to:



  • Responsible for identifying and assessing training needs and creating tailored training plans in line with business requirements; working with subject matter experts and users.


  • Work with Business Leaders and Blue[i] Leaders to enhance the current training framework and develop it further in line with regional needs.


  • Deploy training modules selecting the most suitable format by app and type of users.


  • Craft and structure training materials that are easy to consume and engaging.


  • Work with the internal teams including development to incorporate the training modules into the apps.


  • Evaluate training effectiveness and refresh the training materialin line with the changing business requirements and apps development.


  • Oversee the efficient execution of the developed training program and assist the regional Blue[i] Leaders with delivering training





What you need to have:



  • Experience of providing complete full training cycle٫ assessing needs٫ plan٫ develop٫ coordinate٫ monitor and evaluate.


  • Experience with creating training content preferable for digital tools.


  • Working knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry


  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of insurance analytics platforms and/or digital tools.


  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.


  • Ability to work at international level with multi-cultural teams.


  • Experience implementing and executing change management initiatives.


  • Background in consulting.
