POSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Legal Assistant/Corporate Paralegal will provide support to the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and deal with supporting organization-wide legal and administrative matters. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diverse and fast-paced workload.

Senior Legal Assistant/Corporate Paralegal, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Conduct legal research.
Draft and file corporate annual consents.
Prepare initial drafts of corporate minutes.
From time to time, form and register new entities, including State filings and operating agreements, and withdraw, dissolve and terminate entities.
Update officer, directors and entity information in Saul Knowledgebase and other internal lists
Assemble corporate meeting books, as necessary.
Prepare letters and memoranda, and other communications regarding company matters, as needed.
Assist in managing the execution and distribution process of various legal documents.
Establish, develop, maintain and update filing system and documents.
As needed, assist internal departments with expediting various legal document requests.
Assist with the execution process of legal documents and notarize documents, as necessary.
Create redlines of legal documents when needed.
Provide administrative and clerical support for Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, such as preparing expense reports, maintaining calendars, ordering office supplies, copying, answering phones, distributing the mail, responding to legal requests and organizing travel, meetings and conferences.
Provide backup as needed to support other administrative professionals on the floor.
Must possess strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy

Possession of strong organizational skills
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing
Ability to work in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow team members

8-10 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat)
