Overview:

US Foundry, a proud member of the Neenah Enterprises family, is looking for a dedicated Storeroom Clerk to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining our inventory and ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supplies. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurate and sufficient to meet operational needs.


• 
  Receiving and Distribution: Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials. Distribute materials to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.


• 
  Record Keeping: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.


• 
  Storage Organization: Organize and maintain the storeroom in an orderly fashion, ensuring that items are easily accessible and properly stored.


• 
  Cycle Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits.


• 
  Coordination: Work closely with purchasing, production, and maintenance departments to anticipate and fulfill material requirements.


• 
  Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds regularly.


• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.


• Capability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if necessary).

Qualifications:

• English & Spanish Needed


• Previous experience in a storeroom or warehouse setting preferred.


• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation:

• $44,720 base per year


• Non-exempt position with eligibility for overtime
