**Team is working in Rice Creek and position will be onsite a minimum of 3 days/week.

The Neuromodulation R&D and RPM Sr Finance Manger is responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic insights in support of the Neuromodulation business (~$1.8B) . This role will be the strategic finance partner to the VP R&D Neuromodulation and VP O perations Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health . This position will report to the Neuromodulation CFO and be an integral member of the NM Finance Leadership Team whose influence across the NM/PH functions is broad and impactful .

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Lead OPC /RD forecasting & LBE - In close partnership with the VP R&D Neuromodulation, VP Operations Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health, VP Regulatory Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health, VP Clinical Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health and VP Quality Neuromodulation & Pelvic Heal th inform and manage the financial forecasting processes supporting RD and OP C over a short-term and long-term horizon . Drive continued accountability of our forecast accuracy.

Provide business Insights to drive growth - A trusted partner to the VP R&D Neuromodulation and VP Operations Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health who both challenges and supports the leader s with sound financial council by applying strategic thinking and financial analytics to provide strategic business insights, to challenge business assumptions, to drive fact-based decision making and deliver robust financial analysis.

Manage Operational Financial Forecasts - Lead monthly/quarterly/annual close, forecast and planning processes leveraging all reporting and functional support from the MDT RD COE . Ensure adequate Analytical support for the actual, forecast and planning cycles, including forecast discussion materials and presentations, financial metrics, detailed commentaries, and operating review packages to drive business decisions and/or ensuring it is prepared . Promote cross functional interaction to prioritize business strategy . Liaison with the MDT Corporate RD COE , NM & PH PMO and financial analysts in Pelvic Health, Pain Interventions & Brian Modulation .

Challenge business partners on submitted budgets/forecasts to ensure forecasts are appropriately tested and executable. Ensure budget and forecasting accuracy.

This role may support NM Special Projects as time allows.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 + years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5 + years)

Nice to Have

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance

  • CPA, CMA, and/or MBA

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong results orientation and bias for action, including a high degree of initiative and self-motivation in understanding business needs and leading others to meet those needs.

  • Professional effectiveness/ Leadership competencies: Ability to operate within a complex organization. Strong influence management skills demonstrate superior judgment, shape business results, inspire others to excel, communicate with impact, demand ethical behavior, and drive execution.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$142,400.00 - $213,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
