Advanced proficiency in business applications, such as the Microsoft Office suite and Google suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems including Stanford University's Oracle financial systems; internet and computer literacy.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare materials for and clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences and client groups.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to part of a multi-functional team.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, independence, and self-motivation.
Knowledge of databases, data extraction methods, and report presentation desired (tools Tableau, Smartsheet) and demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to work well with people of varying levels of authority and educational backgrounds and to elicit cooperation without direct authority to enable cooperative problem-solving.
