Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Sr. Project Implementation Consultant within our team.



Responsibilities:



  • Coordination between several teams for communication and successful implementation.

  • Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with Operations, Applications, Business Change and Training (BCT), appropriate teams, including State stakeholders on milestones, tasks, activities, issues and risks to lead a successful implementation for Electronic Forms.

  • Manage the overall project schedule for Electronic Forms.

  • Leading the cross-functional project team for implementation and delivering project on time by tracking project progress via the schedule management process, removing obstacles and challenges for the project team, and communicating effectively with stakeholders for updates and escalations.

  • Managing the initiative while working with an agile team, supporting the Scrum Master and agile team with project escalations and guiding the team to track to the overall initiative roadmap and implementation strategy. Managing Product Owner escalations and inquiries as necessary.

  • Working and partnering with large government agencies with a focus on customer management.

  • Responsible for vendor (Adobe) relationship in managing escalations, ticket resolution, coordinating software updates, and obtaining support as needed for project team throughout the course of the initiative.

  • Work with various software development methodologies and well-established processes that are utilized in a scaled Agile environment.

  • Manage multiple subcontractors.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, or other related discipline. Master's degree and/or project management certification is preferred.

  • At least five (5) years of experience in program or project management

  • Five (5) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools.

  • Knowledgeable in PMBOK principles.

  • Experience managing vendors and service providers.

  • Experience working with and managing onsite and remote teams.

  • Experience with industry-standard System Development Life Cycle methodologies.

  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.


Preferred:



  • PMP Certification



The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $80,800 to $129,300.
