What you will enjoy doing*


  • In this role you will collaborate with Project Manager & project teams on all issues related to material management to optimize overall project cost & schedule performance

  • You will oerform activities such as submitting purchase requisitions, change orders, goods receipt, invoice approvals in SAP (PRONTO, SRM etc.)

  • Further, you will provide direction to expediting, procurement, transportation and project team on project specific material requirements

  • You will provide material management support for fabricators and constructions sites by overseeing on-time order placement, confirming delivery, identifying and communicating delays to the project team

  • You also will collaborates with project manager and project team members on prioritization of materials to support project schedule

  • Additionally, you will alert team members of any deviations or other problems that may impact project cost and schedule

  • You will also contribute to efforts to resolve project materials issues, identify work process improvements


What makes you great


  • You have a Degree in a technical or business field

  • You also have 5+ years of experience in materials management and procurement in a project environment, as it is desired for this role

  • Computer knowledge - proficiency in Microsoft Office is required for this role

  • Experience with SAP software preferred

  • You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external Clients

  • You have effectiveorganizational, time management and problem-solving skills

Salary Pay Range: 50,000 USD - 104,000 USD
