Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Technical Contract Submittals for compliance with technical requirements.
- Compile Certification Packages for Interface and Systems Safety & Security.
- Support Certification Manager with oversight of subcontractors.
- Coordinate with appropriate parties when Works are nearing completion to support handover efforts.
- Preparations of red-lines and exhibits as needed.
- Asset Management data validation.
- Organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Interfacing with Owner personnel, contractor personnel from other departments and subcontractor personnel.
- Additional tasks to contribute to the success of the project as necessary.
Skills Required:
- Strong reading comprehension.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational ability - able to plan, prioritize, organize and monitor activities and projects.
- Able to work well in a group environment and foster a team approach.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel.
Minimum Experience:
- Four-year degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience reading Engineering plans and documents.
- Two years' relevant work experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in Construction, Heavy Civil or Civil Engineering fields.
- Experience working on major projects or design-build projects.
- Professional Engineer license.
Salary Range $95,000-120,000
