Location Type: Hybrid (however 2 weeks training in office & after training 1 day a month in the office. Training is Monday thru Friday 4pm to 12 am for the first 2 weeks
Pay range: 19.50 hr.
Hours: 4pm-12am M-F and 8am-5pm on Saturday or Sunday

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide shipment information, create orders, activate shipments, builds/assigns loads, schedule appointments, track and trace shipments and enter events & Invoices
Deliver operational excellence to customers, carriers, and suppliers.
Execute tasks focusing on quality and efficiency, including:
Auditing load information for accuracy.
Managing a shared inbox for customer and supplier communication.
Proactively addressing exceptions and proposing solutions.
Handling urgent communications and coordinating with C.H. Robinson's internal teams.
Providing shipment information and creating and activating shipments.
Tracking and tracing shipments.
Invoicing and entering event data.
Document events following SOPs and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills
Prior work experience requiring attention to detail and accuracy
