The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience advising public and private schools in labor and employment matters and have substantial knowledge of education law including student right and discipline, privacy rights and constitutional issues, discrimination and harassment, grievance arbitration, Title XI, Teacher's Tenure Act, school policy, etc.
