How will you make an impact? –

The early engagement program manager is responsible for managing low-complexity projects and opportunities, driving activities that support business growth through effective execution. This role involves overseeing the early stages of engagement, ensuring program activities align with the organizations’ strategic goals and contribute towards business growth. Promotes engagement and communication, collaborating with stakeholders and reporting progress among the team.

What will you do? –

• Drive activities related to low-complexity projects and opportunities to support business growth through effective execution.




• Ensure project requirements and objectives are correctly gathered, understood, and properly translated for execution




• Ensure effective communication, engagement, and progress reporting.




• Regularly update key stakeholders on project status, variances, and corrective actions.




• Implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.




• Ensure program activities align with organizational strategic goals for business growth




• Deliver weekly project status updates, and resolve issues, problems, and changes.




• Align with customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from functional areas and stakeholders within the project

How will you get here? -

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree is required

Experience: 

• Minimum five (5) years work-related experience required in program or project management in an engineering environment




• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

• Adept at navigating the diversified landscape and to operate in a global cross-functional team




• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with sales, marketing, business, engineering, and supply chain




• Create clear, consistent messages for diverse audiences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications: 

• A background in sales / marketing a plus




• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
