KaiHonua, LLC is looking for a Program Manager to be responsible for a team providing Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Information Management (C4IM) services to organizations and users. The Program Manager will oversee an engineering team delivering comprehensive, integrated, end-to-end IT services that include Network and Switch Operations, Systems Administration, Systems Integration and Testing, Configuration Management (hardware and software), Infrastructure Management, Network Administration, End-User Support, Fielding of Hardware and Software, Quality Control, Information and Network Security Services, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), Government Off the Shelf (GOTS), and Database Support. This position is responsible for managing and controlling the team and is the principal representative who interfaces with the customer and technical leads to insure excellent performance. Additionally, he/she interacts with contractor personnel to provide guidance, leadership and direction; identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, develops alternative solutions; supervisor to program staff regarding operations; implements and provides guidance related to processes, policies, and oversees the work.
Responsibilities and Duties (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:
Oversee the project, ensure the project is on track, and review all process modification decisions
Attend weekly status meetings
Attend monthly status meetings
Work contractor personnel staffing and security issues including facilitating clearances
Provide on-site technical guidance to corresponding government personnel
Develop project plans pertaining to short term and/or temporary initiatives
Provide management status reports
Review all new process enhancements and/or modifications and provide implementation updates
Develop a quality control plan (QCP) and implement a quality control program to satisfy contract requirements
Produce system configuration documents and adhere to the quality control processes for all documentation developed and maintained
Document actions and status of assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures to include the management of assets
Provide technical and analytical guidance to team. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
Formulate and review plans and deliverable items
Compensation Minimum: $150,000-$190,000

Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred
5+ years of experience as an IT project manager, experience with ITILv3 methodologies and MS Project preferred
Must possess and maintain an IT (8570/8140) level certification
CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred
Knowledge and experience implementing quality assurance processes for all projects to ensure equipment, systems, and software identified by the technical design specifications are properly configured and operated after deployment
Administrative and technical capability with network engineering, integration engineering, network installation and testing methodologies, and performance scheduling
Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques
Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment
Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements
Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements

Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weigh up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.

Position requires a Secret security clearance. Must be a US citizen.
