ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Product Manager for the Protimeter product line will be responsible for leading the strategic vision, product development, and lifecycle management of our moisture measurement tools. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives that meet market needs and drive revenue growth. LOCATION Will consider candidates in the Billerica, MA and Novi, MI locations ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Protimeter product line, aligned with company goals and market trends. Market Analysis & Customer Insights: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market opportunities, trends, and unmet needs. Product Development: Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and design teams to define product specifications, features, and enhancements. Oversee the product development process from concept to launch. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, including planning, positioning, pricing, and promotion. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, sales training, and marketing campaigns. Financial Performance: Monitor product line performance against financial goals, including revenue, margin, and market share targets. Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed these targets. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and expectations. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation within the Protimeter product line by identifying new technologies, partnerships, and opportunities for differentiation. Travel domestic and international as necessary QUALIFICATIONS 4 Year Degree in engineering, business management or related field; 5+ years of technical marketing or related experience with demonstrated success driving profitable revenue growth. Analytical skills and ability to prepare business growth initiatives and relevant PowerPoint presentations. Experience with commercial Contract negotiations is a must Working knowledge of market and application in building construction and or handheld instrumentation. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional global environment. Goal oriented, focused on making a significant impact in a high growth environment.
