Pay: $28.00 per hour

Williams Lea is hiring an onsite Guest Services Coordinator for a top-tier law firm in New York's Times Square area. The ideal candidate will have previous Concierge experience in a country club, upscale hotel, or professional legal environment. In this full-time role, you will manage the guest experience, demonstrating leadership in front-of-house service. Responsibilities include overseeing meetings and events, greeting visitors by name, escorting them, sharing office amenities, ensuring room details are accurate, and supporting other Front of House Associates with setups and catering orders. Job Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Ensure a seamless and personal guest journey.


  • Welcome guests in the office lobby as the first point of contact.


  • Escort guests to their meeting room and inform the host of their arrival.


  • Understand customer needs and provide 5-star service.


  • Attend to guests' wishes and requirements.


  • Acquire knowledge of premises and nearby venues to make suitable recommendations.


  • Arrange events, excursions, and transportation upon request.


  • Assist in setting up rooms with beverages and food.


  • Manage external catering requirements from vendors.


  • Monitor the Reception inbox and respond to emails promptly.


  • Book transport for employees and clients.


  • Manage Visiting Attorney office, room bookings, and visitor passes.


  • Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service.


  • Support after-hours client functions as needed.


  • Act according to client standards.


  • Assist in the daily production of the visiting attorney email.


  • Support other Front of House functions when needed.



Job Qualifications:



  • Previous experience as a Concierge or similar role required.


  • Excellent leadership skills; prior team leadership is a plus.


  • Professional presentation and organization skills.


  • Punctual and reliable with outstanding guest service skills.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Good time management and multitasking abilities.


  • Interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.


  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.


  • Operational experience at prestigious events preferred.


  • Passion for delivering excellent guest service.


  • Ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems.


  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.


  • IT knowledge: familiarity with EMS, MS Office, and A/V equipment is an advantage.


  • Ability to provide administrative support and prioritize workload.
