Position Title: Network Engineer III (6 openings)
Required Skills:
Routing protocol expertise, troubleshooting, Cisco/Juniper/Nokia solid networking exp
Nice to have skills:
Scripting, CCNA/CCNP, enterprise/commercial devices, more exp in troubleshooting.

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  5+ years of experience in networking with a core understanding of networking devices
  specifically more routing focused
  - Cisco, Juniper, Nokia
  routers
  
• 
  Either Cisco/Juniper/Nokia router/hardware knowledge - need to be able to speak to it in the interview.
  
• 
  Looking for someone with exposure to layer 2 & 3 - troubleshooting and configuration
  
• 
  Strong Routing protocol experience
  - OSP, ISP, NPLS, BGP, etc.
  
• 
  Troubleshooting is important, mid to expert level, not basic/grad level
  
• 
  Looking for someone experienced enough who is able to start working from day 1
  
• 
  CCNA/CCNP is a plus
  
  
  

Red Flags:

• Lack of routing protocol
• Candidates do not have any troubleshooting knowledge
• Junior candidates
• No Cisco/Juniper/Nokia
