What You'll Do

Answer incoming credit inquiry calls by answering questions, taking messages, transferring calls to extensions or voice mail.
Data Entry of incoming orders using CDK DMS system
Process and follow up phone contacts after initial calls are made if requested.
Investigate and process credits requested by customers or returns/claims department.
Generate weekly and monthly reports and summaries as designated by management.
Support Marketing and Sales staff members by preparing quotations, competitive analyses, pricing comparisons, promotional materials as requested.
Assist with general and administrative tasks in support of department managers.
Work in a professional manner with other employees in Accounting, Sales, Warehouse, and Fleet Sales/Marketing departments
