Description: The Compressor Service Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of industrial compressors, managing a team of technicians to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of industrial compressors.
Manage a team of technicians to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide training and support to technicians on best practices and technical skills.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.
Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Education/Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in compressor service management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of compressor systems and maintenance practices
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, trainings, and events.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
