We are currently looking for a [Continuous Improvement Engineer] to [be responsible for leading initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost by engaging with all levels of employees. This position will work closely with Department Managers, Shift Supervisors, hourly employees, and other team members to produce root cause analyses and enact corrective and preventative actions.]

[Leads Continuous Improvement & Project Management: Drives process enhancements by engaging with operators, conducting time studies, and validating SOPs. Leads projects by gathering input from employees, setting clear goals and deadlines, and communicating progress across all levels.]
[Collaborates with Management & Ensures Compliance: Aligns with Department Managers on project priorities, provides regular updates, and audits quality, safety, and environmental procedures. Maintains training materials and ensures compliance with standards.]

[Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a plant environment. Experience with Flexo printing, extrusion lamination, and/or converting equipment is a plus.]
[Skills & Certifications: Strong communication skills, familiarity with computer concepts, and a preference for Lean/Six Sigma certification. Experience with various communication and training methods is beneficial.]
