The LEGO Group is continuously developing its global workplaces, workplace design and strategy. We have factories, sales offices and Hubs across the world, and the core focus of this role will be in our new Boston Hub which opens in 2025. We need someone to support our current Boston office while working toward the transition to our new location next year. In our Hubs, we aspire to deliver engaging workplace experiences that build an outstanding work-environment, high productivity and well-rounded wellbeing. In order to achieve these aspirations, we are looking for an engaging 'social engineer': a facility partner with excellent people skills who can drive the daily facilities/operations of the Hub, and at the same time take a lead in crafting a great sense of community while fostering the LEGO culture. You will work in an exciting and dynamic environment and join a diverse team of Hub hosts and other facilities related team members.



Core Responsibilities



  • Be the welcoming face of the LEGO Group by role modeling the culture and values. Ensure that our workplace facilities and experiences are always outstanding and in perfect condition.


  • Help drive a positive and engaging environment by injecting energy, fun and vibrancy through events, activities and reception duties ensuring efficient and clear communication.


  • Be part of a team of HUB Hosts in a pro-active, motivating and engaging way.


  • Create a vibrant sense of community, supporting and running community events and day to day activities.


  • Collaborator and communication management at both operational and senior levels to ensure solutions are found that benefit both colleagues and the organization.


  • Ensure daily smooth running through proactive organization and forward planning, as well as trouble shooting quickly if issues arise.


  • Be service minded towards our colleagues and visitors.


  • Work on the continuous improvement of our workplace experience

  • In this position, close collaboration with collaborators from all levels of the organization, suppliers, and external facility partners is essential. The candidate should possess an attitude that is solution-focused and geared towards assisting these individuals.

New Location Update



This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

Compensation



The salary for this position has a range of $78,900 - $118,300 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.


Core Responsibilities
• Professionally and effectively manages the reception service
• Support Facility Manage to deploy and implement LEGO Ways of Working in office
• Ensure high quality day-today facility service
