We need someone to support our current Boston office while working toward the transition to our new location next year. In order to achieve these aspirations, we are looking for an engaging 'social engineer': a facility partner with excellent people skills who can drive the daily facilities/operations of the Hub, and at the same time take a lead in crafting a great sense of community while fostering the LEGO culture. You will work in an exciting and dynamic environment and join a diverse team of Hub hosts and other facilities related team members.

Collaborator and communication management at both operational and senior levels to ensure solutions are found that benefit both colleagues and the organization.
Ensure daily smooth running through proactive organization and forward planning, as well as trouble shooting quickly if issues arise.
Be service minded towards our colleagues and visitors.

New Location Update
This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $78,900 - $118,300 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
