Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Registered Nurse sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday. There is a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week. The area of coverage is Santa Cruz.



Minimum Requirements:

• CA RN license


• 1+ year home health experience within the past 3 years


• HCHB experience


• BLS
