Beacon Hill Legal is seeking Clinical Trial Contracts Manager for an opportunity with a global biotechnology company in the greater Philadelphia region. This is a long-term temporary position and a great opportunity for professionals with clinical trial contracts experience in the life sciences industry. Candidates selected for this position will take on project management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Overseeing the contracts specialist team
Attending study meetings
Negotiating clinical trial agreements, consulting agreements, CDAs and ICFs in support of clinical trial studies
Tracking study timelines
Coordinating with budget team
Qualifications :
3+ years' contracts management experience in the clinical trial space, negotiating clinical trial agreements, CDAs and ICFs, etc.
Strong contracts review and analysis experience
Strong and proven Project Management skills
Must have ability to work in fast-paced environment, understanding quick turnaround time for deadlines in clinical trial
Will work closely with counsel, global contracts management, and the clinical studies team,
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must come with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
