Job Description:

This is a remote position.
As an HR Generalist specializing in Investigations and Compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures related to employment law, workplace safety, and other regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that HR practices align with legal standards, conduct regular audits, and provide guidance on compliance issues.
*The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $115,000 based on experience. *
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* 

* Conduct and manage internal investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and alleged misconduct with impartiality and professionalism.

* Document investigation factual findings clearly and accurately, summarizing the evidence and conclusions drawn from the investigation.

* Ensure that all findings are based on factual evidence and are presented objectively.

* Develop and propose actionable recommendations based on investigation findings to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.

* Collaborate with management to determine appropriate corrective actions and implement solutions.

* Prepare and present detailed reports on investigation results, compliance issues, and corrective actions to senior management.

* Conduct audits of HR practices to identify potential compliance issues and recommend and implement corrective actions as needed.

* Provide guidance and support to employees and management on compliance-related matters and investigations.

* Design and deliver training programs on compliance, investigations, and reporting procedures to enhance organizational understanding and adherence.

* All other duties as assigned by management.

*Education/Qualification:*  

* High School Diploma or Equivalent.

* At least 3-5 years of experience in a human resources position with a focus on compliance, legal issues, or regulatory affairs.

* Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and/or Associate of Workplace Investigators Certificate preferred.

*Other Duties:*
