Overview
Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. provides its CourseLeaf software to more than 500 of the nations most academically complex colleges and universities to manager their academic catalogs, curriculum, section scheduling, registration, and syllabi management.

Our Project Managers are primarily responsible for managing the implementation tasks for CourseLeaf clients and their ongoing projects. They serve as a liaison between internal departments and clients to establish and maintain working relationships and seek solutions to technology issues while maintaining high client satisfaction.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary liaison between Leepfrog and the client while implementing a CourseLeaf project, ensuring effective communication and information flow. Manage client timelines and tasks, efficiently allocating requests to team members and monitoring resources to meet deadlines. Maintain in depth knowledge of CourseLeaf software and how it can be configured, customized, and implemented, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process. Identify and communicate best practices through continuous feedback to enhance the client experience and drive company initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve implementation processes
